During more than 23 years of professional career at Freshfields, more than 13 as a partner, Ana has built a strong reputation in the market and deep expertise advising in acquisition finance and restructuring mandates, having broad experience in banking transactions (takeovers, LBOs, real estate, corporate treasury, receivable purchasers), loan/REO portfolio acquisitions and restructuring mandates.
