Law Degree, University of Lisbon, 1996. Assistant Professor, University of Lisbon (1997-2010) and Catholic University (since 2012). Admission to the Doctoral Dissertation, University of Lisbon, since 2005. Independent legal advisor of several public entities, including the Presidency of the Republic (1998-99), the Ministry of National Defense (2005-07) and the National Institute of Medical Emergency (2008-10). Counsel at CS'Associados (2013-20), Partner since 2021.
