Andrew Joseph serves on the firm’s executive leadership team and is a member of the business litigation group and the class actions team. He is an experienced trial lawyer who confronts challenging business disputes for clients in their most significant litigation matters. A former prosecutor, Andrew has tried multiple cases to verdict. His practice is focused on class action litigation, complex commercial disputes and corporate investigations. As a seasoned litigator, Andrew takes a practical approach to determine the best course for each case, in light of the critical legal and business considerations, together with his client’s overall objectives. This approach allows clients to make informed decisions about whether a case is a candidate for a quick resolution, will require limited or more expansive discovery, or if it needs to be litigated and potentially tried. Andrew also counsels his clients on minimizing litigation risk through strategic decision-making and best practices.
