He also specializes in structuring and negotiating transactions such as stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, auctions, recapitalizations, spin-offs and consolidations. His venture capital and private equity experience includes numerous seed, angel, venture, mezzanine and growth equity financings.
