Anika Chandra joined Osborne Clarke in May 2022 and is a Partner in our tax team, specialising in incentives.
Anika has a wealth of experience in employee incentives matters, the design and implementation of both share based and cash incentive arrangements and implementing international share plans globally.
She regularly advises on the impact of corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals and investments on employee incentives, and she also advises on a range of employment tax issues.
Anika trained at CMS Cameron McKenna and qualified into their tax department in 2004. After, she moved to Allen & Overy and then to Stephenson Harwood where she spent 10 years. Anika joined Shoosmiths in 2019 as a partner.
