Career
Anna Cudna-Wagner is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution Department at CMS Poland.
Anna represents business clients in civil and commercial disputes before common courts and arbitration tribunals. She has an unquestioned position in the area of banking disputes and competition law litigation.
She represents the biggest Polish banks in widely discussed cases regarding mortgage loans indexed to CHF in both collective and individual client actions as well as in several cases regarding forward financial transactions (i.e. CIRS, FX options).
In the field of competition law, she represents clients in a number of high-value proceedings relating to claims arising from infringement of competition law (private enforcement disputes).
Anna also represents clients in appeals against decisions of the Consumer and Competition Protection Office, as well as decisions of the Financial Supervision Authority.
