Anna Tipping is a corporate finance lawyer based in Singapore where she heads Norton Rose Fulbright's Asia Pacific insurance practice. Anna has practiced in the insurance sector since 1994 and, before moving to Singapore in 2010, had over 12 years' experience in the London corporate insurance market.
Anna has extensive experience in corporate matters for insurance companies with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, bancassurance and corporate restructuring. She also advises on structured and alternative risk transfer insurance products and transactions, regulatory capital instruments, regulatory matters and provides advice on specialist policies, including credit default insurance.
