Practice Areas
Antoine Mary was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and specialises in real estate law. He focuses on property deals (externalisations, share deals, asset deals), development operations and commercial leases, both for users and owners. He advises French and foreign institutional players at all stages of their property deals, and has also developed a litigation practice that covers all aspects of real estate law.
Antoine has recently worked on all the externalisation operations of Groupe PSA Peugeot-Citroën, as well as on the establishment of its new headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (western greater Paris area); a significant lease operation for Groupe Publicis on the Parisquare building in Paris (approx. 20,000 sq.m.); the off-plan sale (vente en état futur d'achèvement, VEFA) of the Smart Side building in Paris ('250 million investment) for EDF Invest; and the sale, for the Logistis fund, of a '200-million portfolio of companies owning logistics hubs.
Antoine holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Business Law (2003) and a Master's degree in Business Law (2002) from the University of Paris X Nanterre.
