Career
Antonio Guerra joined Uría Menéndez in 2007 and he is a partner of the firm since 2013.
He has over 15 years of experience advising on disciplinary procedures and merger control before the Spanish Authority and the European Commission, focusing his practice on European law and competition.
He advises in merger proceedings in a variety of sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, media, environment, energy, food, steel industry, commercial distribution or transportation. Also, he is an expert in competition proceedings in Spain, given its involvement during the creation and development of the new Competition Law.
