He has a broad dispute resolution practice with a focus on corporate and securities litigation, banking and finance disputes, directors' liability, governance issues and class actions. He headed Allen & Overy Amsterdam’s Management Team from 2009 to 2015. Arnold sits on the board of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and is a member of the Dutch Bar’s Board of Advice. He is also chairman of Nexus Institute’s supervisory board and chairman of the board of Dioraphte, a Dutch charitable fund.
