Arnout specialises in real estate transactions, development projects and asset management (including leases). He has a broad range of clients ranging from international and domestic investors, financiers, developers to large corporate end users.

Clients include HIH Invest Real Estate (formerly: Warburg), CBRE Investment Management, Swiss Life, Branicks Group AG (formerly: DIC Asset AG), Ofi Investment Real Estate (formerly: Aviva Investors Real Estate France), Patrizia, Capreon, M&G, Primark and McDonald's.
