Practice Areas

ARYEH ZARCHAN is a partner in the Capital Markets group in the New York office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, with an emphasis on capital raising through public offerings and private placements of securities. He also has spent time in the firm’s Hong Kong office where he focused on capital raising for foreign private issuers, including emerging companies.

Aryeh has been recognized in the 2015 and 2016 editions of IFLR1000 in Capital Markets in the United States and is recommended in the 2015 and 2016 editions of The Legal 500 for Finance: Capital Markets: Debt Offerings. In addition, Aryeh has been recognized in the 2016 edition of Who’s Who Legal: Capital Markets in the Debt and Equity category as a “‘true capital markets specialist’ who continues to impress peers and clients alike with his ‘outstanding financial acumen.’”

While at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Aryeh was an H. Bert and Ruth Mack Scholar and received the Jacob Burns Medal.
