Ashley’s commercial litigation practice focuses on product liability litigation, class action litigation, consumer protection litigation and other complex disputes. Ashley's work is international in scope and she frequently works with clients facing cross-border litigation. Ashley has defended product liability lawsuits involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, motor vehicles and various consumer products, among others. Ashley has experience before provincial courts and the Supreme Court of Canada.
