- advised RMG in connection with its unique US$ 8 billion ReNew Power De-SPAC transaction.
- advised CarVal in connection with its turnaround investment in distressed steel companies Uttam Galva Metallics and Uttam Value Steel.
- advised the bondholder in connection with their investment in the US$1.7 billion INR denominated bond issuance by Shapoorji Pallonji group (the largest private credit deal in India).
- is advising various investors in connection with resolving their investment in Byjus’ (an Indian ed-tech facing default of over $1.3 billion)
- advised Coty in connection with its $4.3 billion strategic partnership with KKR
- advised Temasek on its investment in the ‘to be listed’ consumer business of Crompton Greaves
