Bartosz also acts for investors seeking to provide new money financing or to acquire the assets or businesses of financially troubled companies. In addition to his work for creditors and investors, Bartosz has extensive experience in acting for sponsors across various sectors and jurisdictions, helping them to protect and enhance their interests in restructuring and insolvency scenarios. He assists sponsors with negotiating and implementing debt restructuring plans, providing equity injections, securing new financing sources and facilitating asset sales or business transfers.
