She serves clients on debt investments, debt restructuring transactions, and commercial term loan and revolving credit facilities of all types, including: Syndicated and single-lender, Secured and unsecured, Senior and subordinated, Asset-based and cash flow.

Beth represents clients including asset managers, banks, finance companies, business development companies, private equity firms, oil and gas companies, and technology companies. Beth was previously with another large international law firm.
