Practice Areas
Brad focuses his practice on representing financial institutions that provide corporate trust, agency, and administrative services in capital markets transactions. In particular, he has extensive experience representing trustees and agents in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, collateralized fund obligation (CFO) and rated note feeder transactions, project finance (domestic and Latin American) transactions, lending transactions, and other debt financing transactions. Additionally, over his career, Brad has represented virtually all types of participants in structured finance transactions, including issuers, underwriters, trustees, servicers, and commercial paper conduits.
Brad’s experience and expertise extends to representing corporate trust service providers not only in initial closings of transactions but also in deal administration, regulatory, default, and litigation issues that may arise during the life of transaction. He works closely with members of the litigation, bankruptcy, and other practice teams of his firm to provide a full array of legal services to his corporate trust clients. Following the financial crisis, Brad has been at the forefront of collateralized debt obligation (CDO) and other structured finance defaults, including liquidation of collateral, litigation, investor disputes, and other related default matters.
