Brian C. Park is a litigation partner of Stoel Rives and current chair of the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property (IP) group.
A registered patent attorney, Brian handles high-stakes, high-risk litigation involving clients’ most important assets, including their technologies, secrets, brands, creative work product, and business deals. He advises clients about the full range of IP protections and helps them monetize their technology assets. In addition to patent infringement, ownership, and false marking cases, Brian handles all forms of IP conflicts (including those related to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, advertising, and licensing).
Brian also has extensive experience with complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, unfair competition, and corporate espionage. His practice includes the preparation of patent/technology opinions and commercial agreements tailored to safeguard a wide range of business interests and legal rights. His areas of technical and industry experience include the mechanical, chemical, electrical, biomedical, computer science, brand management, and industrial engineering arts. He has represented local and international clients ranging from small, privately held companies to large, global corporations.
