Brooks advises clients in matters related to commercial real estate, commercial financing and general business transactions. He represents developers, owners, users, borrowers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate development, acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing among all classes of real estate (office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality, medical and residential developments). Brooks also regularly represents lending institutions in all types of real estate and asset-based financings, and has had significant experience advising lenders and borrowers in the work-out and restructuring of loans. His practice also includes general business and commercial law with a focus on legal opinion letters.
