Career
BC Yoon is the head of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice. He has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in the energy, chemical, automotive, and technology industries in arbitration, covering both commercial and treaty arbitrations. He is currently a court member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He has also previously served as a Court Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and has been on the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators designated by the Republic of Korea. Before joining Kim & Chang in 1992, he was a Judge at the Seoul Court.
