Byung-Moon Jung is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in tax audit and dispute resolution. Reflecting his experience as a judge, especially as a research judge at the Supreme Court and a presiding judge at Suwon District Court Administration Panel, Mr. Jung has developed practical experience and expertise in a variety of tax issues and practices, including tax treaty issues, tax audit assistance, resolution of tax controversies, tax rulings, and legislative advisory. As a key member of the Tax Audit & Tax Dispute Resolution Practice, Mr. Jung works extensively with a broad range of local and overseas companies. He is an expert in advising on corporate tax, income tax, international tax, inheritance tax, and added tax.
