Byung-Moon Jung is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in tax audit and dispute resolution. Reflecting his experience as a judge, especially as a research judge at the Supreme Court and a presiding judge at Suwon District Court Administration Panel, Mr. Jung has developed practical experience and expertise in a variety of tax issues and practices, including tax treaty issues, tax audit assistance, resolution of tax controversies, tax rulings, and legislative advisory.
