Industry Sector Expertise
Grytten is specialized within petroleum law, with vast experience as inhouse counsel to large E&P companies, including with respect to:
- Regulatory matters (Petroleum Act, Petroleum Regulations, HSE Regulations, license conditions, and standard JOA)
- Commercial agreements, such as agreements regarding unitisation, license coordination, cost sharing, tie-in, processing services, oil and gas transportation, and terminal services
- Gas infrastructure and transportation, including the Gassled terms and conditions; gas transportation capacity
- Sale and purchase agreements for oil, condensate and gas (including EFET)
- License transactions
- Projects and procurement
In addition to her oil and gas expertise, Grytten advises on projects, transactions and regulatory matters relating to renewables, such as offshore wind and green hydrogen, and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
