Carol Hitselberger is a member of Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice, and focuses her practice in the structured finance area. She spends significant time on accounting and regulatory developments that impact the structured finance industry. Carol is a member of the Structured Finance Association, the structured finance industry’s leading trade organization, and in 2019 was appointed to the Structured Finance Association’s Executive Committee. In addition, she is a Committee Chair of the Association’s Significant Risk Transfer committee. Carol often works with investors and issuers in structured finance products of most types, including trade receivables, credit card receivables, consumer loans, auto loans, aircraft, leases, franchise portfolios, government contracts, trademark licenses, and various other financial assets.
