Carolyn Alford represents financial institutions, funds, private equity sponsors, issuers and corporate borrowers on a wide range of complex and innovative finance matters including acquisition, unitranche, first lien/second lien and mezzanine financings, leveraged and investment-grade syndicated credit facilities, private placements of notes and asset-based lending.

While her industry experience is broad, Ms. Alford has an extensive track record in financing matters for healthcare, pharma, energy, telecom and media sectors. Carolyn also has experience structuring programmatic lending platforms, and is frequently called upon by clients to advise on structuring innovative financial products and to represent their interests in workouts and out of court restructurings.
