Career
Carter has a broad base of trial experience in employment and commercial litigation matters, including collective/class and multi-plaintiff actions under FLSA and Title VII. He has tried and won two defense jury verdicts in FLSA cases filed in Texas as collective actions, as well as winning a complete defense verdict in a multi-plaintiff wage and hour case brought in arbitration in New York. Carter also leads corporate investigations and negotiates executive employment contracts and policies for companies. Carter is a speaker and thought leader on ESG issues. Carter litigates cases in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations around the U.S. Carter Crow is Global Head of Employment and Labor at Norton Rose Fulbright and former Partner-in-Charge of Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office.
