Charles Cording is a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, deal litigation, and other complex business disputes. Mr. Cording regularly represents public and private companies, directors, officers, and executives in federal and state courts across the country, including the Delaware Court of Chancery.
