Career

Christina Pappas has over twenty years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney and practices in all areas of commercial real estate. Christina represents property owners, borrowers and lenders in connection with transactions such as acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and real estate financing. Christina advises clients on all aspects of general real estate and regularly represents sellers and buyers in negotiating purchase and sale contracts for large commercial projects and multi-state portfolios. Christina’s representation includes the review of complex title, survey and property documents and working in coordination with national title insurance companies. Christina has extensive commercial leasing experience and represents major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, in negotiating office, warehouse and retail leases for sites located in Maryland and throughout the United States. Christina also routinely provides real estate expertise for the Firm’s corporate merger and acquisition transactions.
