Career

Associate Professor (agrégé) of Philosophy, she joined ENA (National School of Administration) in 1996.

Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as Partner in April 2012, she started her career at the French Council of State until 2003.

She was Deputy Director to the Director-General in charge of Civil Service and State Reform, working for the Prime Minister’s Office from 2003 to 2006, and Secretary-General of the Ministry of culture and communication from 2006 to 2008.

­From 2008 to 2011, she was General Director of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), an independent agency in charge of regulating the energy market.

Professional Memberships

Member of the Paris Bar since 2012.

Publications

She is co-author of the “Code de l’Energie”, Lexis Nexis.

Personal

She has been decorated with the awards of “Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur” and “Chevalier de l’ordre national du mérite”. She was elected “Lawyer of the Year 2021 – France” in Energy Law by Best Lawyers®.
