Chris specialises in construction law and advises clients on a wide range of procurement, drafting and contract negotiation points.
Chris has extensive experience of the construction contractual process including the procurement of projects, contractual terms and commercial aspects. He has an in-depth knowledge of the main standard form contracts (JCT, NEC and FIDIC) and is frequently involved in preparing bespoke contract documentation including framework agreements, professional appointments, guarantees and bonds.
Chris has a Masters degree in Construction Law.
