Career
Chun Y. Yang is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He has extensive experience in the areas of patent litigation, trade secret, criminal and other government investigations, product liability & consumer claims, antitrust, government affairs, and data protection – involving multiple jurisdictions, including Korea, the United States, China, Japan, Europe and Taiwan. He was a lead member of the team to successfully defend multinational company defendants in two of Korea’s largest criminal trade secret cases, all the way to the Korean Supreme Court.
