Mr. Wright draws on extensive experience representing clients across multiple industries on:

• Capital market transactions, including both high-yield bond and bank-side financings and refinancings

• Debt and equity offerings

• Out-of-court debt restructurings, including debt exchange and debt tender offers

Before joining Latham, Mr. Wright was a partner at another global law firm, where he served on the Executive Committee.
