Daniel Lennon retired from the partnership in December 2023. Daniel, former Global Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department and former Washington, D.C. Office Managing Partner, focused on corporate transactions.

Daniel represented clients in domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. He had particular experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with all aspects of their business, including leveraged buyouts and other private equity investment transactions and related financings.
