Daryl Seetoh is a local principal in the Intellectual Property & Technology (IPTech) Practice Group at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow. He is a qualified lawyer in Singapore, and is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Asia (CIPP/Asia), an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E).
Daryl has been recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific, Singapore as an "Associate to Watch" for Technology, Media, Telecoms (TMT): International work in 2025. Daryl's practice covers data protection, cybersecurity, technology, telecommunications, energy, ESG, trade and sanctions compliance, product compliance, e commerce, commercial contracting, fintech, outsourcing transactions, sanctions and ABC/AML matters. Daryl has extensive experience advising multinational clients on a wide range of regulatory and commercial issues within the tech, financial services, telecommunications, defence, luxury, renewables, energy, aerospace, F&B, manufacturing and e-commerce industries. Daryl frequently advises clients on their licensing applications; proof of concept; drafting of agreements and policies; development of governance and compliance programs; and dealing with incident responses, in particular, data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
