David Li

David Li has vast experience handling inbound and outbound transactions, and is often entrusted to advise on a range of equity and debt financings, including leveraged, mezzanine and syndicated financing deals. He serves a host of financial institutions and corporate clients from White & Case's base in Beijing.

David Li leads the firm's project finance offering in China, and regularly advises Asian policy banks on project financing matters in Asia, Africa and Latin America, particularly regarding mining and natural resources projects.
