Career

David H. Pyun is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang and specializes in the areas of real estate, banking and general corporate matters. He has broad experience in the areas of real estate, private equity and foreign investments, and has been engaged in many high-profile cross-border transactions, including real estate, joint venture, and development, and has also assisted domestic and overseas private equity funds with establishment, investments and operations. Mr. Pyun has extensive experience in advising overseas and domestic clients in acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture, financing and leasing in the commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Mr. Pyun also provides comprehensive assistance in a range of general corporate and finance law areas, including the establishment of subsidiaries and branch offices, corporate credit facilities, high-yield bond offerings and structured finance.
