Deirdre has extensive experience in commercial property law, advising clients across the full spectrum of transactions, including portfolio and single-asset acquisitions and disposals, financing, landlord and tenant, development and asset management. Deirdre regularly works hand in glove with our corporate and finance teams on portfolio loan sales and acquisitions. She has advised a number of domestic and international investors on the largest property transactions of recent years.
