With over two decades of experience in employment law, Desmond’s range of expertise includes the structuring of employment terms, performance plans, employee protocols and processes, advising on global mobility issues, trade unions matters, retrenchments and termination of employment exercises, restraint of trade issues, state pension matters, as well as interfacing with the authorities relating to policy matters, issues arising from restructuring and corporate turnarounds amongst others.
