Career

Mr. Cha is a highly experienced criminal defense lawyer with a focus on corporate crimes and insider trading. Mr. Cha’s practice encompasses all aspects of complex investigation cases and has substantial experience in representing large corporate groups (including founding families, major shareholders and members of the Board) in Korea. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Cha served as a public prosecutor for 25 years, including as Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office and Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office.
