She continues to act in very sensitive fraud matters in the art world and elsewhere, often managing proceedings in a number of jurisdictions around the world. She has given advice to governments and individuals on restitution matters, including proposed resolutions through international arbitration or mediation.

Eleni is a trusted adviser to high net worth individuals and their businesses often advising on cross-border matters and digital matters. She is acting for art galleries, museums, art dealers, artists and collectors in various art related disputes and transactions and has dealt with high profile international title disputes, consignment, provenance and authenticity disputes. She also deals with insolvency related matters in the art world and elsewhere.
