Elizabeth Green, leader of BakerHostetler’s national Bankruptcy practice, focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, representing corporate debtors and secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees, bondholders and trustees in bankruptcy cases of corporate and individual debtors. Liz has experience with out-of-court workouts, assignments for the benefit of creditors and in the representation of receivers.
