Practice Areas
Elizabeth is co-chair of both the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance practice, and the firm's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practice. She advises public companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance, securities law and regulatory matters and executive compensation best practices and disclosures. Elizabeth also counsels public companies on shareholder activism issues, including shareholder proposals.
