Eren Kurşun has joined Esin Attorney Partnership as a Partner in 2013. He is currently the managing partner of Esin Attorney Partnership and head of its M&A and PE practices. He has vast experience in structuring, negotiating and executing complex cross border M&A transactions. He represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as private equity funds in the acquisition and sale of both public, private targets and hospitals. Eren has led legal teams in Türkiye’s landmark M&A transactions (Peak Games, Garanti Bankası, Doğan Medya Grubu, Trendyol, U.N. Ro-Ro, Acıbadem Hospitals). Eren is the youngest lawyer ranked Tier 1 nationwide in Türkiye by Chambers & Partners.
