Eric Martin-Impératori has been a member of Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Finance business line since 1990. He specialises in real estate and town planning law, construction law, the acquisition and financing of real estate projects and commercial leases.

Eric Martin-Impératori is involved in all aspects of real estate transactions and has extensive experience of large-scale projects, such as the development of shopping centres and office buildings, from the design stage through to completion and marketing. He assists property investors with their major projects: Benson Elliot GCI, AMUNDI, KLEPIERRE, SMA, McArthurGlen, TOTAL, AIMCO, Financière Saint-James, etc.

His in-depth knowledge of the various aspects of a building's production cycle enables him to provide precise advice tailored to each situation.
