Erik is a Partner and Head of the firm's Swedish and Nordic Tax practice groups. He has more than 25 years' of experience with national and international corporate tax law and VAT and works extensively with cross-border structuring and tax litigation and provides solutions for inbound investments. Erik also has vast experience advising on incentive programs, cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and post-acquisition integration.
