Ethan Schiff has a general litigation practice with significant experience in product liability matters, including class actions. Ethan has worked on cases alleging defects and/or conspiracies with respect to motor vehicles and their components, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, airfare, household appliances and consumer products. Ethan is the Co-Newsletter Editor of the Ontario Bar Association's class actions law section. He has acted before all levels of court in Ontario, and is counsel in product liability matters before courts in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.
