Fabio advises Italian and foreign companies in relation to the tax aspects of corporate reorganisations. He has worked on several domestic and international M&A transactions and has acquired extensive experience advising on the tax treatment of financial transactions. Before joining the Firm in 2008, he worked for a leading international law firm.
Graduated in Law from the University of Palermo, he received a Masters Degree in Tax Law.
Fabio is a member of the International Fiscal Association, the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
