Career

Federico has a long time and extensive experience in domestic and international real estate; he advises national and international clients, including re-funds, in a wide range of transactions (acquisition, disposal, development, management of real estate assets and real estate portfolios) having any level of complexity (acquisition of assets through NPL purchase or bankruptcy procedure, partnerships etc).

He is competent in all practices ancillary and/or related to real estate as real estate restructuring, construction agreements, commercial leases, real estate finance, fund rules. He also advises on Hospitality and Leisure transactions.

He also is specialized in M&A, having advised numerous purchases and sales of companies, MBO, LBO other extraordinary transactions.
