Fernando Rodriguez Marin has more than 30 years of experience advising developers, investors and financial institutions on infrastructure, energy and real estate projects. He represents clients in project finance and development, M&A, and public-private partnership transactions. Transactions include transportation and social infrastructure projects, and renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water projects.
Mr. Rodriguez Marin structures and negotiates project financing and development contracts, including construction, term, bridge and back/leverage loans, SPAs, MIPAs and project acquisition, sale, joint ventures and other investment arrangements. He has recognized experience in P3 and concession agreements and related transaction documents. His focus recently includes ESG financing and investment. He has extensive experience in Latin American and Spanish matters, having worked in Spain for 15 years and represented clients in projects in Spain and many Latin American jurisdictions (Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Central America.)
