Practice Areas

Fred has acted for claimants, defendants and interveners in judicial review proceedings; witnesses and institutions in investigations and inquiries; and witnesses and interested parties in inquests.

Fred has worked on human rights challenges before statutory tribunals, the High Court, Court of Appeal, and European Court of Human Rights.

Fred has advised in respect of data protection, freedom of information and environmental information. He has a particular interest in the processing of personal data for the purposes of law enforcement and safeguarding.

Fred has acted for high net worth individuals in challenges to Interpol Red Notices, defences against extradition requests and related proceedings.

Career

Fred has more than 11 years’ experience in the legal sector. He qualified at a boutique law firm and joined Kingsley Napley in 2017.
