Geon Ho Kim, an attorney at Kim & Chang, provides legal advice on project finance, acquisition financing, overseas project development, and overseas investment. His main clients are financial institutions including domestic and overseas banks, insurance companies, pension funds, asset management companies, private equity funds, as well as construction companies and energy-related companies. Mr. Kim advises various transaction parties, including borrowers, sponsors, financial investors, and lenders, on various legal issues in all phases of the project, from project development, bidding, negotiations with the government, facility construction and operation, to project termination.
